Shannon is a mortgage goddess, and absolutely wonderful to work with. This is my 3rd home purchase using the Dahman team since 2016. She ACTUALLY cares about her clients and what is best for them. Buying a house is exciting and scary all at once, and there are so many questions that us buyers have (even the 3rd time around), and she is always willing to take time out of her evening, vacations, and weekends to ease the nervousness of her clients. She explains things thoroughly without making you feel like you don't know anything and also teaches you along the way. We had a hiccup with our interest rate and she gave us a path to get that lowered before closing. And SHE made it happen. We gave her a number we were comfortable with, and she worked her magic. That is what Shannon is, MAGIC! She was able to save us over $250 per month, which is HUGE! Yes there are other lenders out there, but I don't have much confidence they would be willing to go to the extent that Shannon and her team does. If I could give a million star review, I would. They are the best!

well i do apologize for late review post, guess for reason cause i can thank you for house warming gift just recieved. anyway, I have a short story review of encouragement's of positive goal. coming from a self employed business owner!!!! I took first step onto trail of ownership and contacted shannon may of 2025 and got straight up information I had to achieve in order to attempt to proceed to apply was very helpful giving me guideline, tried soft attempt in june and wasn't close on my end so kindly said get back in 6 months when achieve more of guideline criteria. i took major action and back to her in august and shockingly she said lets go and started process, my real estate agent angela kriegor and i started shopping, shannon and her team along with angela molded a miracle for me and kept at it with all hurdles involved while keeping me at bay mentally and positive believing in result getting what i was wanting and with limited choices, got me into a place for closing in 2 months of time with the work aptitude to help out making me feel as important as any other clients! In all honesty, we would not have been able to purchase our home without Shannon’s insight and experience. We were walking a tightrope on the timing and schedule. The date that the proceeds were available from our Arizona home’s sale was after the date the we were to close on our Colorado home’s purchase. Neither the buyer in AZ or the seller in CO would change their dates. To keep the purchase moving ahead, Shannon put us in touch with a banker that she knew in North Carolina, to obtain a home equity loan to bridge the few-day gap that we needed. Shannon and Cameron went above and beyond at every stage of my homebuying process. I saw my home on a Friday and needed a loan guarantee by Sunday evening to put in a offer and compete with 5 other offers. Shannon worked with me early on a Saturday morning, while I was on a bus to go skiing, to put together a loan guarantee -- even though we figured out that this house may be eligible for a substantial grant from a large bank meaning I would likely not get my loan through them. I did end up going with the large bank for my loan at first. But, the bank kept delaying their loan approval due to their frustrating bureaucracy. Eventually, I needed to bail on them to meet my closing date and I turned to Shannon and Cameron. They expedited my loan approval to meet my closing date, despite more challenges from the big bank in the form of IT difficulties transfering my appraisal over. They helped me find the best deal I could get in a tough market for mortgages (and I did shop around to verify) and they've continued to help as minor issues have come up with the loan provider. I was truly impressed by their intergrity, speed, communication, and personable nature. I very well might not have this house without them, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage in the area.
